HELP!!! I am a single mother of 2 children. I am needing $ 3,000 help with paying my winter bills. Indiana winter has been bad this year. I recently moved into an apartment that requires me to pay the utilities. I need help with the deposits to get the utilities turned on. I also need help with the rent as I am a no income mother due to disibilities. I am one of those individuals who is stuck in the system -- having applied for disability and in the process of getting it approved.
